Grip the Symmetry Ball on the inner section so that your fingers slide into the cut-outs. Your wrists will be positioned closer to each other. Ideal for rotating motions, Overhead Tricep Press, Weighted Squats, Weighted Situps, Twisting Lunges, and more.
